ME/CFS Support in Wales

ME/CFS Support groups can provide fun, a sense of belonging and an opportunity to share experiences and learn from each other.

The local ME/CFS support groups in Wales are independent and run by people with ME/CFS and their carers. WAMES would be pleased to hear from anyone who runs a small group, no matter how informal, or from anyone who would like assistance in setting up local meetings.

Activities: Meetings are usually held on the 1st Saturday of the even month at Coleshill Community Centre, Llanelli SA15 3BT at 2pm.
